摘要:Low-energy consumption and low-carbon emissions are global issues and a challenge for all countries. In this context, the green building certification criteria in the construction industry needs to be refined in order to focus on energy-related items in schools. In particular, energy-related plan items do not incur costs in terms of use and maintenance and their initial installation cost is usually less than that of facility items. Their installation should therefore proceed first in order to reduce the costs or building energy consumption for green growth. Consequently, this study provides basic data for improving the green building certification criteria based on findings from a survey on green certification criteria, energy-related items of 17 schools that possess the certification, and the plan items and facility items of those 17 schools. The findings of this study can be summarized in two key points. First, the energy-related items in the energy sector need to be professionally managed and evaluated. Second, plan evaluation items in the energy-related plan items need to be introduced and a minimum score criteria for plan items needs to be suggested to encourage the installation of plan items.
