摘要:Polylactic acid polyethylene glycol copolymers (PLEG) were synthesized using stannous octoate as catalyst via lactic acid pre-polymer, two- stage temperature controlling. The synthesis process of PLEG were optimized by L_(25)(5~6) orthogonal experiment. The influence of stannous octoate addition (a), temperature for LA pre-polymerization(b), temperature for PEG-LA low-temperature polymerization (c), duration of PEG-LA low- temperature polymerization (d), temperature for PEG-LA high-temperature polymerization (e), duration of PEG-LA high-temperature polymerization (f) were studied. The results showed that the optimal technologys were that stannous octoate addition was 0.8%, lactic acid pre-polymer temperature was 120°C, PEG-LA low-temperature polymerization temperature was 110°C, polymerization time at low-temperature was 4h, PEG-LA high-temperature polymerization temperature was 180°C, polymerization time at high-temperature was 7h. The PLEG was characterized by IR, the tensile tests and contact angle testing. The results demonstrate that the flexibility of the composites can be effectively proved with the addition of PEG. Compared with poly (L-lactic acid), the hydro- philicity properties of PLEG were distinctly improved.
