摘要:In this paper, the RGO/Bi_4V_2O_(11) heterojunction photocatalysts were synthesized by solve thermal method and the structure of RGO/ Bi_4V_2O_(11) photocatalysts was characterized by X-ray diffraction, UV-VIS diffuse reflectance spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, and high-resolution transmission electron microscopy. The Bi_4V_2O_(11) particles were loaded on the surface of RGO and the amount of RGO introduced reaches 4% resulted in the highest photocatalytic activity with good reproducibility. The photocatalytic reaction mechanism was determined by electro-chemical analysis which shows the RGO enhanced the separation of the photogenerated carriers in RGO/ Bi_4V_2O_(11) samples. The ESR technology was also proposed which shows the holes (h~+) and •OH are the main active species in the photocatalytic reaction system.
