  • 摘要:Bonnie Stanley, a member of the Nisga’a First Nation in northern British Columbia, is a certified hairdresser. She also runs a catering business, a convenience store and a successful takeout food service from the front porch of that store. Stanley boasts that her halibut fish and chips are known literally around the world, thanks to the trickle of tourists who make their way to her shop. She calls her burgeoning food empire “U” Seefood, “U” Eat It.
