摘要：Message among companies and clients has been revolutionized by the Internet, Impact of b2b and b2c market places, and innovative approaches of partnership like implicit companies. Many systems with Characterized and independent service, sales and marketing perceptions are accessible these days. In this paper we give an overview of the basic concepts of message, groupware, workflow management and effective projects. This approach of internet based message and internet based software project management, is based on these concepts and can be used for a variety of activities over the Internet.
