摘要：There is a lot of information about the resistanceof cast iron to cyclic loads when a number of cycles ex-ceeds 10 8 [1-7]. Some consistent patterns and peculiaritieswere observed during experiment data analysis to be usedfor the purpose of applying the gained results for the calcu-lation of designed durability. Current paper presents thealready accomplished achievements as well as the analysisof further investigations by determining the limits of thefatigue crack growth threshold at very low speeds.
