摘要：AbstractStrongly balanced repeated measurements designs are useful to balance out the residual effects. These designs are widely used in medicine, pharmacology, animal sciences and psychology. The situations where minimal strongly balanced repeated measurements designs cannot be constructed, strongly partially-balanced repeated measurements designs are preferred. This paper deals with the construction of circular strongly partially-balanced repeated measurements designs through method of cyclic shifts.
