摘要:AbstractAn optimal multi-objective method for I/O pairing and multi-loop tuning of independent controllers is proposed and applied to five classical benchmarks. From the classic I/O pairing methods, it is expected that only a few configurations result in acceptable control. However, it is verified that there is not an unique adequate pairing and that the controller tuning influences the final behavior as much as the I/O pairing, being the tuning and the pairing highly intertwined problems. Thus, an optimal tuning should be sought simultaneously with the best I/O pairing, and not after the pairing has been determined.
