  • 摘要:Team working environment is of critical importance in current literature. The processes of coordination in work teams based on schedules, targets, etc. have been heavily relied upon without realizing the importance of team working environment. The study was conducted in the environment where teams of emergency wards of public hospitals of Lahore and Rescue 1122 are in operation. It explores the moderating role of task routineness, task interdependence and virtuality between team implicit coordination behavior and team performance. The data on team working environment is collected after development of a measurement tool. The study shows that there exists positive relationship between team performance and implicit coordination behaviors while task routineness and task interdependence have positive moderating role. The study provides guidance to team managers and researchers to enhance the team implicit coordination behaviors in team working environment and resultantly, the team performance.
