The frequency and type of training and learning activities within target firms were identified and perceived employee performance was measured. Factor analysis, Pearson-s Correlation and multiple regressions were used for data analysis. The results showed that companies in telecom sector are struggling to provide an environment which is conducive to learning. The study attempted to explain that training is different from learning and individual learning contributes to organization learning.
