摘要:The general objective is to understand the Administration with its object of study and method, through an analysis ofthe multiple paradigmatic rationality of different authors that allowed the comparative study of the administrationaccording to the Schools of Administration in Mexico, Spain, Costa Rica, Chile and Venezuela. Methodologically it islocated in the qualitative and documentary paradigm because it has an interpretive activity to approach the oral orwritten text and accurately and fully grasp its meaning to understand the whole, understand the part and the elementand, more generally, it is necessary that text and interpreted object, and interpreting subject, belong to the same field,in a way that could be described as circular to understanding. It concludes with the understanding of the confluenceof principles, constructs, statements, methods, epistemes and others, giving it a transdisciplinary and complexcharacter as an ontological expression of the mentioned areas.
