摘要：One of the central issues in the study of macroeconomics is how to determine the level of national income? The macroeconomics uses the interaction between “accelerator” and “multiplier” to “explain” the cyclical fluctuations in the economy. On the basis of the four sector economic models of traditional macroeconomics, this paper modifies the traditional macroeconomic theories, puts forward the planned macroeconomics theory, analyses the defects of the traditional macroeconomic theories, discusses the paths of economic growth, the effects of the product average lives on the social total fortune, as well as the monetary policies and the distribution issue, proposes the New TQM Thought, and also discusses the price of human resource, at last puts forward 11 (eleven) suggestions on China’s macroeconomic management.
