摘要：مقدمه: دستاوردهای يادگيری به عنوان آنچه دانشجويان در پايان دوره آموزش کسب می‌کنند تعريف می‌شود. رويکرد آموزشی دستاورد محور با تمرکز بر تعيين، تعريف و سنجش دستاوردهای يادگيری يکی از ابزارهای مهم، رايج و رو به رشد در اصلاح و ارتقای کيفيت يادگيری در نظام‌های آموزش پزشکی بيش‌تر کشور‌های پيشرفته دنيا است. نظر به اهميت اين رويکرد آموزشی، مقاله حاضر در نظر دارد به معرفی آن در آموزش علوم پزشکی ايران بپردازد. روش‌ها: مطالعه حاضر از نوع مروری است که با جستجوی منابع کتابخانه‌ای و بانک‌های اطلاعاتی نظير Science Direct،sagepub، proquest، emerald، pubmed، google Scholar و magiran با استفاده از کلمات کليدی آموزش علوم پزشکی، آموزش دستاورد محور، سنجش دستاوردهای يادگيری و آموزش مبتنی بر شايستگی انجام و در نهايت شامل 7 کتاب و 42 مقاله منتشر شده بين سال‌های 1980 تا 2013 شد. نتايج: دستاوردهای يادگيری مفهوم يادگيری اصيل را مورد نظر قرار داده و آن را به عملکرد و قابليت‌های حرفه‌ای، يادگيری مداوم و پيشرفت و موفقيت در زندگی علمی‌ و شخصی ارتباط می‌دهد. رويکرد آموزشی دستاورد محور تفاوت‌های مهمی ‌با رويکردهای سنتی آموزش و يادگيری دارد. دانشجويان در اين رويکرد به طور فعال در فرايند آموزش و يادگيری حضور دارند و متمرکز بر دستاوردهای از پيش تعيين شده هستند. نتيجه‌گيری: با شناخت بيش‌تر و استفاده از دستاوردهای يادگيری در امر آموزش، برنامه‌ريزی درسی و مهم‌تر از همه سنجش کيفيت يادگيری و قابليت‌های دانش‌آموختگی می‌توان گام بلندی در زمينه ارتقا و تضمين کيفيت آموزش علوم پزشکی برداشت.
其他摘要：Introduction: Learning outcomes are defined as what students get at the end of the training period. Outcome-based education approach focusing on determining, defining and assessing learning outcomes is one important tool in the improvement of the quality of learning in medical education in the most developed countries. According to importance of this approach, this study intends to introduce that in medical education in Iran. Methods: whit study of library electronic resources including books, articles, reports and studies published in medical education were collected information and documentation about the Outcome-based approach to learning. Results: The original concept of the learning outcomes learning and put it into practice and the professional development and continuous learning and academic and personal success in life is connected.Outcome-based learning approach, an important difference with traditional approaches to teaching and learning. In this approach, students are actively involved in the learning process and are focused on the achievement of pre-determined. Conclusions: With better understanding and application of learning outcomes in education, curriculum and quality of all learning and assessment capabilities graduation can be a great step in improving medical education and quality assurance harvest.
