摘要：مقدمه: نظارت بالينی يکی از فعاليت‌های هسته‌ای در پرستاری است و به عنوان مکانيسمی برای ارتقای دانش و مهارت‌های حرفه‌ای پرستاران و عملکرد اثربخش ياد می‌شود. جهت به‌کارگيری نظارت بالينی در آموزش پرستاران، نياز به شناخت کامل آن می‌باشد. هدف از اين مقاله به تبيين جايگاه و الگوهای نظارت بالينی در آموزش پرستاران و بررسی چگونگی به‌کارگيری و اثرات نظارت بالينی در آموزش پرستاران می‌پردازد. روش‌ها: اين مطالعه به صورت مرور سنتی متون انجام شد؛ بدين صورت که مقالات پايگاه‌های اينترنتی از قبيل pubmed و science direct و Scopus با کليد واژه‌های s‏upervision ،Nursing Administration ، Nursing Education، Supervisory جستجو شد و 47 مقاله و کتاب لاتين و مقالات فارسی در زمينه نظارت بالينی مورد مطالعه و استفاده قرار گرفت. نتايج: بر اساس مرور متون نظارت بالينی فرآيندی سيستماتيک و مداوم است که پرستاران ضمن دريافت مشاوره از ناظر يا فرد متبحر، عملکرد خود را بازنگری نموده و مهارت‌ها، دانش و استانداردهای مراقبت را توسعه و حفظ می‌نمايند. از طريق نظارت بالينی، نيازهای آموزشی پرستاران مشخص می‌گردد و ضمن شناخت نقاط قوت و ضعف آموزش‌ها، يادگيری پرستاران جهت‌دار و هدف‌مند می‌گردد. نتيجه‌گيری: بر اساس يافته‌ها نظارت بالينی فرآيندی رسمی و دارای پتانسيل حمايتی و آموزشی با عملکردهای متفاوت جهت آموزش پرستاران می‌باشد که می‌تواند در آموزش پرستاری به خصوص سال‌های آخر تحصيل و يا طی شروع کار و بدو خدمت کمک کننده باشد
其他摘要：Introduction: Clinical supervision, as a mechanism for promoting knowledge and professional skills of nurses, is a core activity in nursing practice. To use clinical supervision in nursing education, it is necessary to have a comprehensive understanding of definitions and models. This paper explains the role and models of clinical supervision in nursing education. Methods: This study is a narrative review of the literature. It was conducted through Internet search in Pubmed and Science direct & Scopus. Using supervision nursing education, nursing administration, and supervisory as the key words, only English papers were searched for. Finally 47 articles, books and Persian article in the field of clinical supervision were reviewed. Results: Based on the literature review, clinical supervision is a continuous & systematic process through it nurses get advice from their supervisors. They practically review, maintain, and develop skills, knowledge, and standards of care. It helps to identify educational needs of nurses, which in turn, helps to understand the strengths and weaknesses of teaching and learning in order to promote purposeful learning in nurses. Conclusion: Findings show clinical supervision is a formal process. it has supportive and educational potential for nursing education. This can help last year nursing students and especially during the start-up work.
