摘要:In this research, I looked to understand how meditation could reduce task-oriented frustration. I designed two games, one easy and one difficult, to induce frustration. Using an EEG sensing headband (the Muse), I tracked the participants' brainwaves to understand the effects of meditating when frustrated. I discovered that meditating increases participants' average accuracy when playing the difficult game; I also found that meditation makes participants more methodical, taking longer to consider their choices before making a play in the game.
