  • 摘要:INCREASING THE LEVEL OF WASTE ELECTRICAL AND ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT (WEEE) SEPARATECOLLECTION REPRESENTS A PRIORITY IN THE CONTEXT OF HIGH REQUIREMENTS FOR MATERIALRESOURCES. NOWADAYS, WEEE COLLECTING SYSTEMS ARE NOT FULLY AUTOMATED, HUMANOPERATORS ARE STILL USED FOR WEEE IDENTIFICATION, WEIGHING, SORTING, TRANSPORTINGAND STORING. IN ORDER TO OBTAIN A FULL AUTOMATED WEEE COLLECTING SYSTEM, THEWASTE IDENTIFICATION PART IS THE HARDEST TO ACHIEVE. IN THIS PAPER, SOME PRELIMINARYRESEARCH RESULTS REGARDING A SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION FOR THEWEEE IDENTIFICATION, WEIGHING AND SORTING ARE PRESENTED. THE MAIN COMPONENTS OFTHE WEEE IDENTIFICATION SYSTEM ARE DESCRIBED, SUCH AS: A VISION SYSTEM, A METALCOMPONENTS DETECTION SYSTEM, AN INTEGRATED ELECTRONIC WEIGHING SCALE, A POSPRINTER AND A READING INTERFACE.
