摘要：In modern conditions, information is one of the most important business resources that need protection. Therefore, today, the issue of developing the information security management system and its implementation in organizations is conceptual. The paper reveals the problems of the information security in two main aspects at the level of legislative regulation and the information security in data centers. A number of features characterizing information as an object of legal relations have been determined. The international standards regulating the issues of information security, in particular the safety of data centers, are singled out. The paper touches upon the main requirements that modern data centers should meet. The authors identified the main types of risks when using an external data center, and suggested ways to minimize them.
