摘要：The article is dedicated to views the advantages of electronic document management systems. It assesses the effectiveness of these systems implementation. The analysis and selection of software tools for the documents management systems development are carried out. The problems and the ire solving with the help of the software implementation in the enterprise are studied. The examples of successfully working systems of electronic document management in certain enterprises are given.
