  • 摘要:AbstractThe impact of meteorological conditions and human factors on field spraying test of UAV was likely to cause problems such as chemical drift in the wind and uncontrollable droplet deposition areas. Thus research on droplets deposition distribution by UAV spraying was carried out in wind tunnel, in which the wind speed was controllable and adjustable. The influence mechanism of parameters such as airflow field parameters, droplet properties, and relative positions of nozzle-target on distribution of droplet deposition was discussed. The test results showed wind speed, flying height and droplet diameter were the most significant factors, rotor airflow was a significant factor, and nozzle spraying angle was not significant to affect deposition distribution. The influencing order of each factor on droplet deposition distribution was wind speed, flying height, droplet diameter, rotor airflow and nozzle spraying angle. The test results and obtained model could provide a theoretical basis for operating conditions, spraying parameters selecting and droplet deposition area predicting during UAV spraying in field.
