  • 摘要:Business ethics provides a potential analytical framework through which to evaluate management practice in general and sustainability in particular. Management actions can be examined to the extent that they are good or bad, or legal or illegal, suggesting a four-quadrant framework. Ultimately, management actions can be judged by the extent that strategic codes of practice lead to detailed actions and priorities in reality. There is a growing awareness of the negative environmental impact of hospitality and tourism, and the need for policies that at least minimise these negative impacts. There are several examples of industry bodies and individual companies that are aiming to manage their businesses in a more environmentally sensitive manner.
