摘要：AbstractA research purpose is to modify the model of artificial neural network (ANN) to undertakings carrying on investments in technological innovation, and to identify the risk management efficiency factors. ANN model involves three basic stages. The first stage is to set up investment projects in the technological innovation risk factors. The second stage is carried out in the preparation of the training data. In the third stage, is modified for investment projects in technological innovation efficiency in the management of an ANN model. As well as was done the identification of the essential elements of the effectiveness of risk management factors affecting investment in technological innovation. All of these risk factors have a significant impact on the emergence of technology, installation and modification process, but it is especially important to properly identify the same risk factors with various weights, which may be different for each company.
