摘要：AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine, analysis the impact of the values of Islamic religiosity on Islamic job satisfaction in Tasikmalaya West Java, Indonesia, industrial centre. Analysis is using ordinary least squares with 359 employees that work with small and medium businesses in the embroidery industry. The results showed that the values of Islamic religiosity are significantly positive impact on the Islamic job satisfaction on small and medium businesses in embroidery industry. It means needing to internalization the Islamic values in work place in order the employees feel material and spiritual satisfaction together.
