摘要:AbstractThis study will explore employee engagement as the key concept to winning the business competition with the information technology consideration which has impact to personal value. Variables that should be considered related engagement model which concern to interaction with information technology such as extraversion, emotional stability, and openness to experience, trust, and commitment to human and computer (interaction between human to computer), decision making, gender (male and female), CSR, (stay, say, strive). This study is only conceptual development and it needed tested in the field, thus, find out many other variables needed.
