摘要：AbstractThis study aiming to evaluate in-training programs of associations is a qualitative study consisting of semi-structured questions. The people interviewed within the framework of this study are the administrators of the associations. Only 6 out of 20 associations located in Nicosia provided in-service training and the study group was formed by these associations. The data was collected by semi-structured interview form that was structured through literature review and expert view. The interview form consisted of two parts, questions about special features of the association were in the first part while open-ended questions and questions requiring short answers about in-service training curriculum were included in the second part. The results revealed that in-service training curriculums were prepared and applied considering fundamental items of the training program.
