摘要：AbstractThis article aims at presenting some results of a research whose overall objective was to highlight the crucial role of interests in shaping the route school/university for achieving successful careers. To identify interests a Questionnaire for Assessing interests was applied by COGNITROM Cluj. We concluded that, although the university level reveals the importance of career counseling and guidance through its introduction into curricula, as distinct curricular area, however it is found that there are still deficiencies in choosing an appropriate educational type which corresponds to the personal vocational interests, which can lead to academic dissatisfaction or professional school failure.
