摘要：AbstractThe importance of regional systems for the construction of a national innovation system in Mexico is proposed. The general education requirements, postgraduate training and production, dissemination and appropriation of knowledge of this system are presented, as well as structural and path changes to be performed in approaches to R&D for undeveloped economies like Mexico, and systems that promote this training, especially of doctors and how to transcend the ways of doing science and expand the concept of knowledge to the inclusion of traditional knowledge.
