  • 摘要:AbstractThe paper underlines the idea of professionalization through standardization, in the sense that providing professional teaching standards is a unique requirement for access to a European teacher's professional identity. All dimensions related to the process of improving the policies in teacher education area are strongly connected to the flexible ways of creating scenarios for promotion or evolution on teacher career.
