摘要:AbstractNeeds analysis is a major point to consider in English for Specific Purposes (ESP) courses for syllabus design and materials development. The purpose of this study was to find the present and future English language needs of the students in Aviation Training Program for ESP courses. The methods used in this research to investigate the needs of the learners were both quantitative and qualitative. The instruments of the study were a questionnaire based on a Likert-scale, structured interview and semi-structured interview. The result of the study showed the needs and the problems of the students. It also provided valuable implications for curriculum developers.
