摘要:AbstractThe study aims to understand the attitude of South Africans towards the work culture. Based on the data from World Value Survey (Wave 2005-2008), this study aims at comprehending the attitudes of citizens towards work culture and preferences given by them in terms of various elements. The research study will include characteristics preferred by South Africans while choosing a job and their attitude towards colleagues, resources, operations, rules and regulations and seeking satisfaction in workplace. The study further aims at understanding the aspect of professional and personal goal setting and accomplishment of the same. Knowledge of work values of Africans will help in emergence of constructive partnerships between India and Africa for Inclusive Development.
