摘要：AbstractThe objective of this study was to determine the predictive relationship of career decision difficulty with Environmental Mas tery (sub domain of psychological wellbeing) and self-esteem in college students. The 100 (equal gender) participants were selected from well colleges of Karachi Pakistan. Their age range was 15-19 years (mean age= 16.5; SD= .99). The English version of Career Decision Difficulties Questionnaire, Environmental mastery and Rosenberg Self-esteem Scale were administered. It was found that Career decision difficulties predict low self esteem and low environmental master further female score higher on environmental mastery.
