摘要：AbstractCurrent practice adopting in-situ concrete in pre-cast concrete structure (PCS) is to solve leaking problem. This defeat the concept of off-site approach. Better understanding and perception on the leaking problem can lead to the innovative approach in toilet construction. This paper gauges the perception on innovative toilet construction and awareness of leaking problems from stakeholders through case study, questionnaires and interviews. In conclusion, stakeholders are aware on leaking causes and Prefabricated Toilet Unit (PTU) is a good solution for the leaking problem with some improvement to increase peoples’ perceptions.
