  • 摘要:AbstractOur study highlights the contribution of A.Binet (1857-1911) as an initiator of the psychological pedagogy paradigm. “Modern ideas about children” (1910) promotes the ideology of the “New Education” current. The book presents an actual thesis: Focusing the teaching process on the intelligence of the student. The subject of psychological pedagogy becomes the study of student's education based on knowledge of mental processes. The research strategy is based on “experiments and systematic observations.” The normativity of the “New Pedagogy” promotes two principles: 1) the research of students’ mental functions from a developmental perspective; 2) transforming of the student from “listener” in an active factor.
