摘要：The world is seeing a paradigm shift in the way it considers education; where 50 years ago auniversity degree would be the ticket to a plethora of job opportunities, the corporate worldhas since moved from focusing on academic qualification and work experience in seeking outpotential hires to actively seeking job candidates possessing specific character traits,emotional intelligence and social aptitude, or “soft skills” that are evaluated in equal if nothigher importance to academic achievement.
