摘要：AbstractThis paper proposes to measure the space usage for teaching and learning space in Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM). The objective of this paper is to measure the space performance for UTM. The data was collected through interview and questionnaire. This research is analysed by using both qualitative and quantitative technique. Results from analysis show that utilisation rate for faculties in UTM vary from 11.27% to 52.70%.
