  • 摘要:With healthy aging, selective cognitive domains are affected depending on individual characteristics. However, language abilities are well preserved. For some, the preservation of linguistic abilities is the consequence of compensatory neurofunctional mechanisms. Although the investigation of the brain has been expanded, functional neuroimaging techniques based on the hemodynamic response are subject to interpretation difficulties due to the interaction of blood flow, volume and oxygenation which changes with aging (Hoge et al., 2005). Using an estimate of the hemodynamic response measured by fNIRS, we aimed to identify the factors of aging that impact brain imaging and to estimate the structural parameters underlying neural activation.
