摘要:AbstractHigher education has vital role for developing human resource in the economic and development growth of countries. Thus, in order to gain the better future, containing strategic planning is essential. On the other hand, over the past decades, the number of universities has been increased; therefore the international competition highlights the importance of improved performance of strategies. In this regard, performance assessment helps organizations to plan future strategies and set up performance targets of employees to achieve the final target of the entire organizations. Describing the significance of higher education performance evaluation is the major purpose of this paper.
