摘要:AbstractWorldwide, even in developing countries and economically prosperous women sustained effort to make clear that whenever the opportunity and resources they need to be able to get their outstanding work. The diverse and complex barriers exist for women in career advancement. Key post office for women is very complex and encompasses many variables.
