摘要:AbstractIn the knowledge economy era, taking the advantage of knowledge has become an important impetus for the development of organizations to foster their competitive position. In k-economy, intellectual capital and specifically human capital are core elements of this equation. This paper centers on investigating the relationship of intellectual capital and the organizational learning capability in Razi petrochemical company. It employs the Spearman correlation to analyze the hypothesis and LISREL to examine the practical side of the proposed model. The result shows significant correlation between three dimensions of intellectual capital and organizational learning.
