摘要:AbstractStress at work in commercial complexes could be the host of adverse outcomes for both employees and organisation. The objectives of the study are to determine the relationship between the facilities manager and the occupational stressor. The impact of stress to their health and job performance refers to the physical, emotional and behavioural signs. Data collection is through questionnaire surveys and semi-structured interview to facilities managers within Klang Valley. The frequency of stress symptoms are measured by using nominal scale and ordinal scale. The finding shows that the global forces of the built environment affected the behaviour of facilities managers.
