摘要：AbstractThe Cell Transmission Model (CTM) by Daganzo in combination with an offset optimization algorithm based on genetic algorithms was integrated in a graphical user interface and applied to a test area in Hannover, Germany. The optimized traffic control proved a significant improvement of traffic flow considering reduction of travel time and number of stops.
