摘要：AbstractMost of the European Member States have their national strategy on lifelong learning (LLL), being invited to design one by 2006. Building up a culture of lifelong learning is a central issue of the European and National Policy papers in this regard. As it is a complex and challenging aim, through the content analysis method and the comparative one as well, will be pointed out how in the national lifelong learning strategies are stipulating solutions to reach this aim. The countries chosen for analysis have different approach in designing and structuring their strategies.
