摘要:AbstractThe period of the professional debut is a transition period that marks the ending of the initial training period and the start of the continuing professional development period. This transition period is a very difficult one, with a lot of a pressure, but also very chalenging. Our research tries to outline the system of convictions and beliefs of the main actors involved in these programs, by using the q sort method. After the data analysis, we obtained a comparativ picture of these convictions and beliefs from various perspectives.
