摘要:AbstractSingular perturbation control can be used to solve midcourse guidance problem in real time for air-to-air engagement. This is a near optimal solution. The objective function can be as simple as minimizing flight time. This near optimal solution works excellently in real time to enhance missile kinematic range compared to same obtained using classical PN guidance law in air-to-air engagement. Here both shooter aircraft and target aircraft kinematics varies dynamically. Implementation of such guidance law can give some practical problem due to non-linearities in aerodynamic data, atmospheric model and maneuvering target models. In this paper these practical problems have been highlighted and method of solution in high fidelity six degrees of freedom simulation environment has been discussed.
