摘要：AbstractTeacher's role and place in consultation regarding that consultation is one of the main and fundamental duties of teachers. The present paper has investigated this subject. In this study scientific researches and my own 20 years experience has been Mesd, and it is concluded that the schools with professional consultants are more successful. Teachers participation in consultation improves their work and the effectiveness of their efforts.
