摘要:AbstractLittle empirical research has looked at casual relationships between job satisfaction, organizational commitment and OCBs of teachers. Also there is minimal attention to the impact of specific facet of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on OCB of teachers. The purpose of this study was to investigate casual relationships through testing 36 structural models. The sample was 652 teachers and 131 principals. Data were collected through 3 questionnaires. Results showed that just 1 model has the best fit indexes. In this model, intrinsic job satisfaction is a dominant variable which influence OCB directly and indirectly through partial mediating role of value commitment.
