摘要：Corporate scandals have been common in contemporary society. In this context, the crimes committed in and by corporations also take form, and often we get to know a type of corporate crime, a topic not explored in organizational studies. In this study, we conducted a synthesis of researches on corporate crime with the purpose to seek an approach to the theme on the organizational field. We developed an article signaling to the predominance of modern approach to the studies on the matter, and finally, we proposed alternative perspectives for the analysis of corporate criminality in the context of organizational studies.
