摘要:This paper is primarily intended to further examine the performance of District Education Office and cities after the implementation of regional autonomy. Role Diknas County / city becomes larger. Duties and functions of this office is to determine the ‘fate’ education in their area. With the duties and functions of school as the education provider directly, then the Disctrict Education office/town is the manager or coordinator of educational instutions in the area concerned.Key words: analysis of effects circumstances, decentralization of education
