摘要:The accountability of LPTK as a teacher place creator is one part of its mission and commitment which is aimed to develop education program quality. Although some of that has been changed into university, there is still an effort to produce better qualified teachers, besides producing other professionals.Facing the information and technology era in which fully competitive and collaboration, both recently and future teachers, must hold complete competences such as teaching optimally, mastering field of study, and handling on technology. In addition, they also must have a leadership competence in their attitude and behavior that bring them to be models for their students and communities.Producing qualified teachers is not a simply to be handled by LPTK. There are some internal challenges which need the support of stakeholders with government and community inside. Qualified teacher only can be created by qualified LPTK. Therefore, along with concrete connected party support, internal repairing continually will play an important role in this issue that begins with the student recruitment, teaching and learning, until output quality control. Those should be held by repairing the management institution, teaching atmosphere, and coordination of community as the user of LPTK. Key word : Accountability, LPTK, Teacher
