摘要:This article is meant to describe the efforts to intensify the implementation of school-based management for quality improvement (MPMBS) by implementing McKinsey's 7S framework. MPMBS applied to the principle of autonomy accountability, quality assurance, and evaluation transparency. Empirically showed that many schools experienced problems in implementation MPMBS, so that the education in school less than optimal. Therefore there should be efforts to overcome these obstacles. One relatively new effort in school is a model applied to McKinsey's 7S framework. McKinsey's 7S framework model promoting value-based management that has elements of hard and soft elements. Hard elements include: strategy, structure, and systems, while software elements include: the values, skills, style, and staff. Both these elements are integrated in the implementation of very importance for MPMBS if the school management to be successful. Keywords: McKinsey's 7s framework, MPMBS, school management
