摘要：Human resources quality education will make the country (organization) will become a developed country and quality. To develop human resources, then education is a basic strategy of science and technology in human resource development. With human resource-based science and technology, it will be individual learners, which will ultimately make the organization (state) into a learning organization that is ready to meet and live the era of globalization and information.
